Magnetic Core
The silicon sheets we use to realize the core, are enter to our warehouse in cut and stacked form according to our design. After many routine tests and visual inspection they moves through our manufacturing line to become a part of active part. Sometimes we purchase CRGOs in sheet form instead of stacked core. In this case, our qualified workers make the core in core assembling line.
Silicon Steels We Use in Our Transformers: | Thickness of the CRGOs in mm: |
code M3 | 0.18 |
code M4 | 0.23 |
code M5 | 0.27 |
code M0H | 0.30 |
Painting Process
Transformers we apply mechanical surface treatment process on each cover and tank of transformer. The next step is applying chemical cleaning and oil removing process. After these cleaning operations, the surfaces are ready for painting. We apply three coat of painting for our transformers, if there is no special customer request.
- Paint Thickness : > 120 micron
- Color: RAL 7033
- Painting Standard : SS-EN ISO 12944
Windings and Coils
We use wire/strip/foils below as per related standard and/or customer request during the winding process.
